This website is provided for general information and marketing purposes. Nothing on it is an offer to sell or a solicitation of an offer to buy any product, service or security, nor a binding quotation, specification or proposal, and nothing on it forms part of any contract. The Reverse Osmosis Centrifuge and the technology described here are under active development, and their specifications, capabilities, availability and expected performance are subject to change without notice.

Any commitment by Eden Technologies about a product, its performance, its price or its availability is made only in a separate written agreement signed by an authorised representative.

Performance figures

Recovery rates, freshwater yields, brine and salinity concentrations, throughput, energy figures and discharge characteristics shown on this site describe results obtained under specific test, pilot or modelled conditions, and are illustrative. They are not a representation, warranty, guarantee or prediction of what any particular installation will achieve. Actual results vary with feed chemistry, temperature, pressure, operating regime, site conditions, maintenance and configuration.

Forward-looking statements

Some statements here are forward-looking, including statements about development, planned capabilities, deployment timelines, target markets and expected performance. They reflect current expectations and assumptions, are subject to risks and uncertainties largely outside our control, and actual outcomes may differ materially. We undertake no obligation to update them except as required by law.

The content on this site

The text, images, video, designs and marks here belong to Eden Technologies or to its licensors. You are welcome to read, quote and link to the site. You may not republish it wholesale, or use the marks in a way that suggests endorsement or affiliation.

  • Do not attempt to disrupt the site or gain unauthorised access to it.
  • Do not use the contact form to send unlawful, abusive, or bulk unsolicited material.

Where this site links to or embeds third-party material — a publication covering our work, a social profile, a hosted video — we do not control it and are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement. Your use of any third-party service is governed by that service’s own terms.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Eden Technologies and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors and suppliers disclaim all warranties, express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title and non-infringement, and any warranty arising from course of dealing, course of performance or usage of trade. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that defects will be corrected, that it is free of viruses or other harmful components, or that any content on it is accurate, complete, current or suitable for any particular purpose.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject only to the exceptions below, Eden Technologies will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost business, lost goodwill, lost or corrupted data, business interruption or cost of substitute services, arising out of or relating to your access to or use of, or inability to use, this site or any content on it. This applies whether the claim is based in contract, tort including negligence, strict liability, statute or any other theory, and applies even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and subject only to the exceptions below, our total aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to this site will not exceed one hundred United States dollars (US$100). This site is made available free of charge, and these limits are a reasonable allocation of risk between us.

Exceptions

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits, or is intended to exclude or limit, any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited — including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, fraudulent inducement or fraudulent misrepresentation, for gross negligence or wilful misconduct, and for anything else applicable law does not permit to be limited.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain damages. Where that is so, some of the above may not apply to you, and our liability will be limited to the greatest extent the law permits.

Governing law

These terms are between you and Eden Technologies, Inc. They are governed by the laws of the State of Utah, without regard to its conflict of laws rules, and any dispute arising out of them belongs to the state and federal courts sitting in Utah.

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
